The purpose of this document is to establish and regulate the GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT for the online reservation services of Uniko Home Sevilla. The Terms You and User are used here to refer to all individuals and / or entities that for any reason access www.unikohome.com or use the services. By accepting these Terms and Conditions and completing the Reservation Process, Uniko Home Sevilla undertakes to provide you, the Client, with the necessary tools so that you can reserve accommodation, as described and related in this document, through from our booking engine «Smoobu», owned by Smoobu GmbH. The formalization of reservations through the Web are subject to the following clauses:
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING RESERVATIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE
Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER
The person who makes the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the data entered.
3. PREPAID
At the time the reservation is made, the amount will have to be paid in full at the time of booking.
4. BOOKING
Your reservation can be made through the different contracting channels and / or directly online on our website. The reservation will be completed when the user receives the reservation confirmation by email with their locator number.
5. DATA
All the data entered by the user is recorded on a secure server and we guarantee that access to this information is exclusive by the reservation staff and will only be made for the purposes of the reservation itself and to communicate future promotions and offers to the client.
6. OCCUPANTS
The client can only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the reservation and the contracted rate.
7. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
The apartment will be made available to the client under the proper cleaning and disinfection conditions. The client agrees to leave the apartment in reasonable cleaning conditions without trash or food debris.
8. EQUIPMENT
The client agrees to leave the apartment with the same conditions of conservation of the furniture and equipment that he has found at the entrance.
9. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change the apartment contracted for one of similar characteristics or superior in cases of force majeure such as occupation or damage occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes will not have any cost for the client.
10. GUARANTEE
The client will leave a cash guarantee deposit at the entrance for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit will be fully refunded upon departure except in the event of damage to the apartment, furniture or equipment or situations of extreme dirt and debris. The cost of restoring the conditions that the apartment had at the entrance will be discounted from the amount of the deposit.
